- Full payment must be made prior to delivery or pickup or M8r8 reserves the right to cancel the order without refund after 14 days. A deposit of 30% payment must be made within 3 days of auction completion on a CUSTOMIZED order. M8R8 reserves the right to cancel the transaction and relist the item if payment has not been received within the specified time frame. Special arrangements can be made, if necessary.
- Non purchases after a winning bid will require 5% of the purchase price for management and Ebay re-listing fees.
- If you want to make any changes to your order, please e-mail us. Early alterations within a few days aren't usually a problem. However, once the goods are in production with the manufacturer we are bound by law to accept them, so we may have to charge you a cancellation fee of up to 15% of purchase price to cover our costs. Requests for cancellations of the placed order should be sent by e-mail. Written confirmation from a customer service representative will be returned to you within 48 hours to confirm or deny your cancellation.
- Please do note that pictures advertised are for illustration, actual products may vary in color and we recommend you visit our warehouse to view color and samples.
- While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item listings is unintentional
- We are committed to work through any issues you may have in accordance with our policies. Should any problems arise, please contact us and we will endeavor to assist. Our response time is up to 3 business days, or longer for weekends.
- Cancellation of order: Requests for cancellations should be sent by e-mail or fax. Written confirmation from a customer service representative will be returned to you within 1 day to confirm or deny your cancellation.
- Our feedback system is automated and will automatically leave positive feedback once positive feedback has been received. Buyers who threaten or leave us negative feedback will be taken as a conclusion of our business and ending of all obligations (including any warranty obligations).
- We will not be held responsible for any incident or any accident or consequential damages related to the use or misuse of this product under any circumstances, being the vehicle, equipment or persons involved.
